I submit a ticket two days ago, it keeps showing waiting on agent. How long does it take usually? The ticket number is 200326-001640.

    Normally, within 1 day not including weekends. Since lots of people are working remotely it may take longer.

    With the Knahaten Flu raging everyone, including ESO, needs to be cut some slack.

    It also depends on what the ticket is for. If you're reporting a bug, bot, or other disciplinary complaint against a player you will not be told any outcome.

    Less than 24h for me and the solution provided was perfect :)

    For missing item I don't think they'll give you it back if it's something not unique sadly (happen to me as well)
