How to apply for refund of Elsweyr upgrade? (it did not come with Summerset)

I purchased the Elsweyr upgrade via the launcher thinking it came with Summerset, but it did not. As a result, I want a refund for the Elsweyr upgrade.

How do I contact Zenimax and request a refund for the Elsweyr upgrade?

TIA, and sorry my first post had to be one asking for a refund. But I did read a little bit first, and it was indicated that Elsweyr came with Summerset. It wasn't until reading much much more that I found a resource that clarified that only the pre purchase came with Summerset. At any rate, I do not care about Elsweyr and I'd like a refund if I can get it.

How do I request a refund for the Elsweyr upgrade?

As indicated, submit a ticket.

For future reference double-check the games and upgrades. New games purchases that include the recent chapter seem to include the previous chapters. Upgrades tend to not come with the previous chapters and are specifically labeled upgrades. My guess is that is where the mix up occurred.

Reading the description of the exact item one wishes to buy is the key here. One should never assume what should be included, or what would be logical to be included. If it is not specifically listed, it is not there, period.

For future reference, upgrades don't include previous chapters. You would have had to buy the full game to receive the previous chapters. Hopefully they will give you your refund and then you can decide if you want to buy the full game.
