I dont think so, but it does put me up to 68 percent increase in speed. 78 if I manage to get minor expedition too.0 -

✭✭✭I don’t run 3 swift, I run two swift on almost all my mag builds. The advantage is it makes kiting easier, and stam are faster than mag so you’ll get run down without it.
I run 2 swift on magplar, 3x swift on magblade, 1x swift and smugglers on my MagDK (but I don’t know if I like that setup), 2x swift as magwarden. No swift on my magsorc.
The advantage is large. The best spammable in the game is dizzy, being able to make some miss is huge.
