Your NEW Dungeon Finder

For Devs:

Hello Dev Team,
I'd like to share some ideas about dungeons and the dungeon finder. First, the battlegrounds finder is a good model for how the dungeon finder could work as well. When you're solo, you queue up, run the match, and then have the option to leave right away or wait until the timer has run out then port back to where you were right before you started. When you're in a group, the same thing happens and when you port back, the rest of the group appears in the same instance together as you were if you met up at the same location. This is perfect.
To make sure we're on the same page with this next part, please let me point out something about the dungeons. When you travel to the wayshrine near a dungeon then travel on foot to the entrance of the a dungeon and enter, the instance is yours. You can defeat all enemies in that instance and just explore and hang out until you decide to leave. You can even invite others to join your group and travel to you at any progress of the instance.
The dungeon finder could start by selecting the person deemed crown as the first person in the instance then act as though the rest of the group has been invited by crown to join in an instance that would operate as mentioned above. It wouldn't end until everyone leaves.
Once the activity is considered complete, represented now by the message 'Activity Complete' showing in the top right of the screen, the following options could appear:

Option #1 - Leave Dungeon - would appear as it does in battlegrounds resulting in porting you back to your original place. If you entered the dungeon with a group, and those players also choose the 'leave dungeon' option, they would port back to their original place and if you were near each other when you queued as a group, you would all spawn in the same instance. Just like battlegrounds. This would also remove you from the queue and remove the 'Activity Complete' message from the dungeon finder.

Option #2 - Explore Dungeon - would prompt you that you are about to leave current group and remain in the dungeon to explore. This would give players that need to complete quests or go back for chests, etc. time to do what they'd like. This is where the dungeon would act like the instance mentioned before. If more than one person chooses this option they could form a new group as they would all still be in the same instance. Possibly add a prompt to leave set on a timer that would keep popping up reminding players they can quickly leave. 'Are you still exploring?' type of thing that could be dismissed. But for new players that are not familiar with how to port would not be stuck wondering what to do next. This would also remove you from the queue and remove the 'Activity Complete' message from the dungeon finder.

Option #3 - Remain Queued With Current Group - would prompt the person who has Crown to queue for a random or specific dungeon. If nothing is selected, a timer would auto queue the remaining members of the group for a random dungeon of the same difficulty after a countdown.
If you've read this far, thank you for your time. Please let me finish with this last suggestion about dungeons:

Have the dungeon quest become a 'Repeatable' quest. Even if there is NO XP involved. This would allow players to replay the story and also see the objective markers that new players are seeing when completing the quest for the first time.
