How to tell if your bounty is still active?

So I went to crazy town and ranked up a nice bounty, and did the easy thing and zipped home. Now, I'm sitting in my house and notice that the bounty isn't shown, but I'm sure it is still there. Do I chance walking out the front door and getting trashed by the guards or is there a simple way in the menus of knowing if the bounty is still active?

If you open your character page (with you name and race and title etc) your bounty (if you have one) is shown in there.
