Desync makes daily quest completion impossible

Am in Southern Elsweyr, have the quest daily quest Dust Smote which entails killing Iratan the Lightbring. Only I can't. Thanks to the desync/lag issue none of the skills want to fire/hit him. Guess I might as well give up on the dragons too.


Thank you for this wonderful addition to the game and the improvement of it with this as well as last week's patch. Much appreciated.
