These so called hotfix's and small patch's are almost worthless to even download it's just literally only been up to 4-5 things fixd or done in the "fix's" but if you had any experience in WoW you'll see they took care of that lol, this is just a statement really not trying to argue or anything just what i been seeing.

Might be small but it fixed my main issue - that terrible stutter - this at least is gone now.

Ahh yes because WoW never had their fair share of any of this...

Like the falling through Stormwind glitch that wasn't fixed until Cataclysm...
Or how you could get under Ironforge if you took the right jump path.
Oh or my favorite; simply phasing through the boat/zeppelin you were on and dying from fatigue/fall damage. That one was always just so enjoyable.

No offense meant to you but it doesn't sound like you've played WoW long enough to remember any of their long list of "unfixable" glitches that they had to take care of with Cataclysm during their game engine update.

Secondly to put it in perspective WoW's game engine update came right after their highest peak of players ever seen in their game. They still have not beaten the records that Wrath of the Lich King brought in and that's a pretty significant advantage when considering when to update an entire game engine; I would highly doubt ESO has ever came close to such an amount of revenue garnered in a single year.

So yeah just saying... WoW had it's fair share of issues before entering into its "golden age". WoWs combat system is also significantly simpler than ESO since there isn't an active "blocking" or "dodging" mechanic it's all just passively decided by the system. It doesn't need to calculate much in real time (which by the way is why they got rid of damage type resistance; it was to cut down on calculation the same reason ESO merged Physical/Spell Resist recently).
