Freezing load screens...

Date: Going on since the beginning of 2017 - but worse now more than ever.
So... the frozen load screen has been around a while - most will recognize it from trying to load into a trial when someone has the quest (unconfirmed cause of it, but seems to be correlated).
However, it's been around a LOT longer... there are various wayshrines that have the bug. Anvil is the most infamous, but of late, it's been Vivec City Wayshrine in Vvardenfell.
All my characters are parked there for writs.... and right now, 25% of my character load ins are hindered with a frozen load screen. This is ridiculous...
Not to mention, I can't find a SINGLE thing this "magical patch that will fix it all" has actually fixed!! I can name plenty that it's broken... but .. no wait... you can no longer walk through the wedding trellises... that is the ONLY fix I have witnessed since the patch went live. Embarrassing isn't even the word.
