You need to enter 1 ticket and keep replying to it over and over until it gets high enough up the support chain that it reaches someone senior enough to help you. Entering 20 tickets does the opposite of get you attention. If you do not follow up with a single ticket, ZOS sees 20 tickets that never got a followed up and assumes that the issue resolved itself. This is because about 1% of players respond to say, "Yo, I am good." Non response to a ticket is interpreted as the player no longer needing help. And most of the time that is correct! You need to pick the latest ticket, reply that their response did not help, and keep doing that if they send further responses that are not helpful. The more times you respond to a single ticket, that causes it to go up the queue to more senior support staff.

I've just run all pledges and done Southern Elsweyr dailies on a character, deconned dozens of trash loot and didn't have an issue. In fact I don't think I've ever been dc'd in a similar situation. Are you using an add-on for that? Could be that the add-on is spamming the server.

I'm on PC NA and can deconstruct en masse without any problems. Did 29 items just a little while ago.
Filing 20 reports on the same bug won't make it get fixed any more quickly.
If you want to be pro-active in that respect, video record the bug and upload it to youtube.
That:
a) Proves that the bug is legit - the default position of many dev teams is that every bug is user error until proved otherwise
b) Shows the devs exactly what you're doing when the bug occurs - the devil really can be in the details when it comes to bugs and you might be overlooking key details in your bug reports which devs can spot in a video
c) Is kind of embarrassing for ZO. There being video content of their broken game online is bad PR and that might increase their motivation to fix it.
You might have to download and install some recording software to record, but you can find details on what and how to do that with a quick google.
If you're motivated enough to submit 20 bug reports and post here about it, I'm sure you can manage that.

Back up a bit there.
You're here in the forums complaining about having submitted 20 bug reports, as if the volume you've personally submitted should have contributed to it being fixed.
It's a weekend. We'd hope that most of the dev team would be at home. Not bug fixing.
Even then it takes time to fix any given bug.
And there could be more and worse than whatever's happening to you.
It's not happening to me and presumably also a lot of others so figuring out what's different about you - possibly something about your hardware - could be complicated.Nordic__Knights wrote: »Cant record something that your no longer seeing so tho its an good idea its an impossible one
Not even remotely impossible.
If the bug happens reliably enough that you've experienced it 20 times in a short period, we'd all expect you to be able to easily capture it, merely by recording your game / desktop while you play.
Yes you'll end up with a lot of useless footage but when the bug happens for the 21st time, you'll have footage.
Edit the video file.
Get rid of everything except the bug.
Upload to youtube.

Are you on PC?
I use the game overlay to record the previous 30 seconds, its great for catching bugs and other stupid/funny things.
I think the default shortcut is windows+alt+g
I have a whole compilation of me dying to lag and stuff like that.

This. My last customer service issue took 8 repeated attempts on the same ticket to get resolved. The initial response you get from the first couple people feels designed to dissuade you from pursuing it. Be persistent with a single ticket.

Again im not turning in an in game SUPPORT TICKET im doing the CRASH REPORT the one that pops up on your screen after you crash
1) ive yet to get an email back on any of
2) ive not seen any talk about here , tweeter , or any other site development puts out information on things they are looking into due to x amount of reports on issue
3) i understand how the SUPPORT TICKET system is and have delt with it many of times , but since this is an CRASH REPORT SYSTEM issue their two different REPORTS with different ways of response
4) CRASH REPORTS are detailed by the game with all information ( location, time, fps, ping, ect. Ect.) on the report all your asked to do is state what you was doing at time of crash ( traveling, deconstruction, crafting, riding your mount ,fighting, healing,JUST STANDING THERE , ect ect )everything else the report itself has attracted already seems easy to find out what the issue was and maybe FIX it but then this is zos it well be 3 years before that gets on the to done list because its got so far out of control
