Crown store problems

So I just purchased some crowns and the money had already been taken out of my bank. And I still have yet to receive them. I already sent in a ticket but wanted to inform everyone else about the issue just in case it happens to you as well. Thank you and have a wonderful night ✌

    Don't worry: this being a Crown Store problem, they'll make fixing it an absolute top priority. Nothing gets ZOS motivated to fix something quite like a problem with their cash shop.

    Facts I already received a response and got them sent to my account but anyone else who has this issue just send them a ticket

    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    My last customer service interaction had me reopen the ticket 8 times before I was able to get it resolved, the first half of which was canned responses saying they couldn't help me. When I got to the 8th ticket I got the impression that it was some kind of department manager saying "Just fix it so he'll leave us alone".

    Needless to say, their customer service is far from perfect.
