Crowns not showing up

Hello, I bought some crowns and they are not showing up. It's been over ten minutes and i have log in and out and hard reset my xbox. I submitted a ticket but i figured I'd ask if anyone else has had this problem and if it was fixed.

Did another hard reset and they showed up

I'm also having the same problem. multiple hard resets without anything happening.

Mine didnt show up for about an hour. Its possible the last reset I did was coincidence. How long have you been waiting?
