Question about chapters

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if i am buying the new chapter greeymoor can I get acces to elsweyr just after or I need to wait till geeymoor is out?

After releasing gremoor, elsweyr will be in eso+. If u buying fresh game so base game + gremoor u will get other chapters for free. Theres no other option

To Clarify, if you have the game already, you have to buy the Greymoor Edition to get the other chapters. If you just buy the Greymoor Upgrade, then all you get is Greymoor added to your existing game.

Now, this is where it gets confusing, if you buy the Greymoor Edition, you can apply it like an upgrade to your existing game so you don't lose anything you already have like say the Thieves Guild if you bought those DLCs.
