✭I play both servers. I rarely get to play when it is during European prime time but I believe that the population is fairly similar.
I don't see any reason not to play both. You can then decide which server should get the bulk of your time. -

It does not seem drastically more than EU. I generally play during prime time on the EU server about once a week and it doesn't seem like a significant difference from what I normally see on the NA server.
