Who do I open a ticket with for not getting a twitch drop last event? Disregard post answer found!

I watched AESMATV for over an hour each day that drops were turned on between march 13th and March 15th even purchased Bits for my subscription to her channel and I got nothing for watching other than the enjoyment that I always get when I watch her. However, my husband did get drops and he watched at the same time as I did like we always do. Our desks are right next to each other. Please let me know who I open a ticket with to get this resolved before the next round starts on the 27th. Thank you!

I just spoke to AESMATV and she told me that drops are not guaranteed and that there is no one to open a ticket with so please disregard this post.
