Wielding Great-Swords in One Hand Request

It shows a way to make two handed great-swords into looking like they are one handed, and attack similar to a destruction staff. I think this should be a feature to allow a cosmetic override to make a magic staff appear as a large sword. This would allow magicka players to have a cool weapon style akin to that of a spell sword, while still having the much needed bonuses from using a destruction staff.
