Proposal for new mount mechanism: Group buff

Hello =^.^=

This one often wonders, how J'raz could help his friends to keep up with his speeding Senche tiger.

J'Raz proposes, that the mages at the mages guild as well as other organizations such as Psijic order, would work together to extend the benefits of group leaders mount specs to friend of J'Raz too.

This one thinks, that especially speed should be normalized to level of group leader. J'Raz thinks, that this would help people to stay together at all times, yes?

J'Raz also thinks, that extending Stamina and the bag space would encourage people to group up for some benefits and in the process, make new friends and boost social aspects of the game as well.

This one would ask, what do you people think... Yes, also you there big Orc and Nord drinking that mead! Not everyone can carruy a horse on their back, no?

I think horse speed should be standardized and mount upgrades should pertain to other things, like inventory or other non-critical stats. Generally speaking though, non-synergy group buffs are the worst thing they ever put in this game and are killing Cyrodiil.

I would like for mounts to be done up, but I like how everyone's speed could be different.

I would prefer the ability to let a friend ride your mount with you. Maybe once you level inventory enough, it will add a prompt, only to people in your group, to "Ride with [player] "

J'Raz would like this as well, but it requires some mpore work from ZOS necromancers to reanimate the animations, yes?

I simple buff to normalize mount stats to group leader would allow players in the same group ride at same speed and stamina plus mounts "Looking up" to the leading mount like "Leader of the pack" would also make some sense on that perspective. It would also give some flexibility to speeds so people could even choose slower speed for various purposes like roleplay events and such. People would also be able to use different speeds and still build up the mount from start.

I would have preferred the way mounts were originally though, so that there would be different kind of mounts for different purposes.

While i agree that stamina and speed is a cute idea, inventory one will create too many bugs, and too many headaches for users and developers alike.

But. But. I do think this gold sink needs a revamp.

    - Being able to upgrade all character horses from 1 character. Screw loading screens just to press a button and then loading screens again.
    - eso+ members should be able to buy 3 horse upgrades per character per day(second and third has a small increase in price, as you feed them with premium food). while i do think this whole grind should go away, i dont believe it will ever happen, therefore the next best thing is reduce it as part of eso+ perk. (I am not even subscribed)
    - specifically in PvP, all horses should get bonus from 30% to 60%, if you have no training, you start with 30%, and every two trainings are additional 1%.

Hmm.. This one tends to agree. There would be issues with inventory. One being bags full, then disbanding the group. What would happen to items?

Perphaps they should just work like crafting bag when ESO+ ends.. Still, bag space would be problematic, yes?

The 2 new ideas you said sound nice. More ESO+ incentive would be welcoming idea though crafting bag and DLC support is nice enough for me, but more is always nice ;D

One character should be able to upgrade other characters horses with some menu oitem, but I would not want an account wide mount stats. I want to build up mounts for new characters individually, though I can also understand why some want it easier.
