HelRa Citadel Yokeda Rok'dun Respawn Issue

Seems the previous bug has returned where if the bottom team wipes on Yokeda Rok'dun then he will not respawn. Once we kill the boss up top we cannot continue and have to reset the Trial.

Not sure if that bug has ever been fixed. It is just random and rare. I do not think we can expect it to be fixed ever.

Still broken, not rare, may be random. Last month, I (the tank on Yokeda Rok’dun) lost my connection near the end of the fight and everybody died to the welwas. Yokeda Rok’dun did not respawn, and we had to start over. I have not seen him respawn after a wipe in several years.
