As long as they stick to the pve builds they should be fine, the pvp builds these people give out are rarely good, but decent. The problem with taking a pvp build from a website is the fact that while you have thier build, you wont have their playstyle.

There are always things you need when making a build: 1 or 2 sources of healing abilities, snare/root immunity, major expedition, major resolve and also damage skills and debuffs.
