1. These problems are not only affecting pvp
2. Even if they were, saying game is not broken in this total mess can't be anything other than trolling or wantonness.
The problems OP listed are occuring, more often than not. Pve is also severely damaged in multiple ways. Saint Olms gets his HP to %100 and restarts the fight when he wants to, lots of monsters in trials are desynced/stuck, there is a massive memory leak on Frostvault last boss that can crash your pc not only game and it's been awaiting a fix since the early days of Wrathstone launch...

Looks also like you are assuming these bugs are not reported in details. There's a wall of threads in bug fixes, some of them being waiting answers for years, waiting acknowledgement let alone being fixed. This is General Discussion, not Bug Reports section and nobody has to describe anything in detail here. People mostly write their posts assuming others are also well aware of what's being talked about.
Pity they forget non-niche activities like standing idle in houses or picking up flowers in Coldharbour are working as intended, therefore game can not be broken.PC|EU17 -

Im not in pc im in console. Yes you are right all of this started happening in console even before update 25, it started right after the midyear mayhem finished. We got zero response from zos after a month. Update 25 just exacerbated the problems even more and still no response from them. Even PC has these issues now trickling in. Regardless of how powerful a rig is, PVP and PVE trials has the same issues as console with skill delays.8 -

I can’t get a clean parse because I’m quite sure they messed up targeting for ground cast abilities or something. I have never missed casting shards more than once in my rotation before in previous patches but in this one it’s very common. Some skills just say hey, maybe try again later

A lot of this happened for me. Tell me which computer can reach eso minimal requirements cuz my fps can drop even with my rtx 2070, i7-8700 cpu and 32 gb of ram. And my skills aren't working in many situations. Especially in cyro and trails.
Or stop with this [Snip] as performance of this game is no longer defensible at all.

I'm getting drops from 100+ fps to 15 in trials like CR or Cyro prime time. My skills won't go off (and you specified in your bs post that he/she should buy new pc because of that) after patch 25. And your comment about consoles is pure bs really. If ZOS provides their product for consoles, they are obligated to provide working service. Im not in pc im in console. Yes you are right all of this started happening in console even before update 25, it started right after the midyear mayhem finished. We got zero response from zos after a month. Update 25 just exacerbated the problems even more and still no response from them. Even PC has these issues now trickling in. Regardless of how powerful a rig is, PVP and PVE trials has the same issues as console with skill delays.
So you're complaining about performance but you're on a console. I think I found the problem lol
Your understanding of technology is lackluster at best. Game dlc maybe released in 2020 but they work on the same, old engine. Poor perfofmance is the result of bad coding, bad technological solutions and poor management. Not because ppl dare to play console title on consoles or that they dare to have pc that meet game requirements and can play much more technologicaly advanced games.8 -

A lot of this happened for me. Tell me which computer can reach eso minimal requirements cuz my fps can drop even with my rtx 2070, i7-8700 cpu and 32 gb of ram. And my skills aren't working in many situations. Especially in cyro and trails.
Or stop with this white knight bs as performance of this game is no longer defensible at all.

I'm getting drops from 100+ fps to 15 in trials like CR or Cyro prime time. My skills won't go off (and you specified in your bs post that he/she should buy new pc because of that) after patch 25. And your comment about consoles is pure bs really. If ZOS provides their product for consoles, they are obligated to provide working service. Sorry, that "get a new pc" should have been for long load screens as all the other problems have existed since pre update 25 and unfortunately will still exist post update 25.
If you're getting performance drops of 85 FPS then you either have a memory leak due to add-ons or you're flat out lying about your set up. No amount of bad coding is going to give you 85 FPS drops without something on your end being a bigger problem. Sorry if you don't like the reality of situation but that's what it is.

If ZOS provides the product for consoles that is enough. Your definition of "working service" isn't a realistic expectation, what does working mean? Does working mean it just boots up? Yes, because that's all your expectation is according to your own words.

Well I mean by your definition it does work lol, you can load into the game, you can run around, your skills will fire (eventually). You can't get a console that has generally outdated technology and runs at half your optimal settings to suddenly be working better than ever 6+ years later. It's not how that works.

It does work on the same engine but it doesn't mean that your console/PC is going to be running as efficiently 6+ years ago with proper maintenance. I get that it's 2020 and it can't ever be your fault, it's gotta be everyone and everything else under the sun instead but that's not how reality actually works.
