Wait a year for Mother's Sorrow ring to pop up in Golden vendor. Then blow all your years worth of AP on rings. Then wait 3 more months for vendors to clear out on influx of said rings. Then post them for sale.
Easy 1/1 AP to gold conversion and all it takes is year and a bit to do it.

For me, personally, pretty much only thing that is worth the AP are DLC monster helmets (that very, very rarely are available at The Gold Vendor). Everything thing else, I alredy have or don't need or can obtain via different source (Gold jewellery upgrade mats or monster shoulders for example).

If you are new player, it seems that there is a lot of good things that you can buy for AP. But, by the time you will reach max AW rank, you will have millions of AP banked and nothing to spend them on....

They are like 5k ap which is nothing

I usually buy those boxes when I want something, instead of grinding

Plus, you can buy those boxes for example from Deshaan, Rivenspire and sell the loot
