I just queued for a random normal dungeon (PC-EU). Our group was a healer and a tank, and we were matched with one dd and... another healer. Wut? We managed the run pretty well anyway, because healers can often do decent dps and, hey, it was just a normal dungeon. However, the "new and improved" finder creating mismatched groups is a really bad sign of something being severely broken at a fundamental level.
