Server transfer of DLC's

I would really like to be able to MOVE all the dlc's I have bought to the EU server.
Plase note that I am not talking about shared DLC's across the servers.
Maybe make it possible to do it once a year?
I ask as I have been on the US server since pre-release, but want to start over, and as I am living in the EU, then it would make sense to start there.

I would REALLY like an official stand on this suggestion from a ZOS admin.

Still think you should have access to something you paid for on your account regardless of server.

Just submit a ticket, and keep replying to said ticket. They will fold eventually which then makes you question, why it isn't an option in the first place?

Apparently I can only post my request for this as "Feedback" which means I won't recieve replies or follow up on it...

The in-game "Ask For Help" option usually gets a bot response, which if you reply normally gets me to a member of the Help team.

Well, I did report an "Incident" today with this, so now I can keep poking them.
I have to admit that I don't even have the game installed at the moment, and I have even decided not to install it again unless I can get my dlc's moved to the EU server. I refuse to pay for them twice.
