    None. I get stuck on a loading screen -- without ever making it to a character scren -- and eventually get disconnected for inactivity.

    I'll try a full computer reboot at some point and see whether that helps.

    Well, technically, what I said was contradictory. I'm getting Error 308: Lost connection due to inactivity.

    Hi, I have the exact same problem as posted by the OP. Tried following through the guide in the ESO page by power cycling modem, router, device, and also creating static IP for port forwarding as well and nothing worked. I've been playing ESO on NA server close to one year and did not face this issue until today.

    I just did a full reboot. The only odd notice in that process was that NvFBCPlugInWindow was open, something that's never happened before. Looking it up leads to, for example, https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/7rc332/nvfbc_plugin_window_preventing_windows_10_shutdown/. (And yes, I do have an nVidia GeForce graphics card.)

    I still can't get into the game, again getting to Error 308 within a couple of minutes of trying to get to the character screen. And I have some substantial PvP rewards emails approaching expiration, not to mention 17 characters with lots of Tier 3 hirelings each. :(

    Note: I'll check with her to make sure, but my wife @DarcyMardin has a computer (a relatively new Dell desktop) identical to mine, albeit with different software, and she seems able to log in.

    Doing an extra Repair from the launcher seems to have fixed the problem. It triggered a real new download, and then I was able to log in normally.

    Thanks, I did that but didn't manage to log in (same issue persisted), and have also tried fixing any NAT issues on my PC. As a last resort, I am now uninstalling ESO and all associated files completely and doing a fresh install - hopefully that would fix it. Will report back if it does.

    Same for me. Thank God its not just me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game.....still no luck. Have submitted a ticket and they are looking into it. Suspended my subscription until I can get in.
