Playing over 4G tethered wifi connection

Is it possible? I am trying with my tethered connection from my phone, I can log in sometimes but game is so laggy it is unplayable. Has anyone done it successfully or is it simply not enough bandwidth?

It's possible, had to download the new update on Xbox using it, guess an average of 20-25 mbit in my area. Been playing the game over 4G until I get my normal connection upgraded.

Thanks for the reply, how are you connecting your 4G to your PC? I was tethering a mobile hot spot from my cell phone, that may be the problem. Are you using USB or a commercial tethering device?

That's what I'm doing, using the iPhone as a personal hotspot and connecting the PC, Xbox and pad using Wi-Fi.
