we also tested if you could use abilities. they appear to be effected normally by the "stun", as in, they cannot be used.

Thats interesting, my Incap worked fine till now, maybe its because of the immunity with race against time, that you get the animation you would be stunned but are not actually.

in the video, my race against time was only rank 1. so 1 second of immunity. my friends have been saying it's happened every time they've used the "stun". it should be treated like a silence that effects stamina as of right now. they'll probably have to fix it again next patch or in another hotfix.

Everything zos tries to "fix", they just break worse than it already was broken.

They should try to break the performance, maybe the game will actually work.
