Guild Functions still not working

Gm's are still unable to change and save privileges for the members of guilds. If you go into screen for priv assignment you can select boxes as normal....problem is there is no "save" button or any other button to 'effect' the change. If you leave the screen they simply revert back. This has been going on and turned in on trouble tickets for about 5 months now. Each and every time they send a canned response to 'turn off addons' ect we have tried the fix they suggest....full reset of entire game for two GM"s now and each one has played along with the canned responses to the very end. Each one was finally told "specialized team will get in contact" and then the tickets send survey and close issue. After today's patch seemed to elude to something being done- wanted to be sure you understand GM's (at least some) can not and for a very long time have not been able to set the privileges for the guild members.
