Chat window tab names keep resetting every time I log out

I've been playing ESO for over a year now, and I never used to have this problem. But recently, for the past few weeks, every time I log out of one, sometimes two, of my characters, all the tabs I've made in my chat box have their names reset back to 'New Tab', and the last two tabs don't fit in the window. But this is on only happening in one or two of my characters; my original character is still working just fine. I would really appreciate some advice on how to fix this problem, because it is a real nuisance. As far as I can tell, the chat windows are the same width in all my characters, so that isn't the cause of this.
