Short stun after weapon swap

After weapon swap there is a small stun happening. This happens especially in intense fights when a lot is happening and especially if you have dots running on the opponent. If you wp swap then and want to follow with an ability your char is frozen for some time, maybe some parts of a second or even a second. Its like being rooted or stunned. Observed many times, not sure if its every time or only often, in no cp cyrodiil ravenwatch eu pc.
I guess that belongs to the overall combat mechanics bug but want to post it here in case nobody else did and to bring attention to it.

    i want to say that this freeze/stun as described above is still in the game even after todays patch for the combat issues.

    Everything is worse now! Im using the fighters guild skill turn evil heavily. Its almost not going off at all. After weapoon swap or almost everytime it takes almost 2 seconds untill this skill goes off - i mean until it is executed after pressing or meshing the button!!

    The time for talk and give you feedback is over. I will just leave the game someday maybe. You let something good die, just because you want to earn money and do almost nothing substantial.
