Mag Dk spell crit bug?

Anyone using a mag dk and noticing that their spell crit chance is really low (like 20%)? And for some reason my weapon crit is higher than spell crit.

Even after having precise on staff, thief stone (just to see if it would adjust), and armor crit bonuses.

I don’t have the same issue with my Mag Necro.

I can verify and provide a few more details. My character's spell crit is where I would expect it to be in the absence of a potion buff - 45% back bar, 62% front bar (MS is on body, front bar is precise and has FoO, but you see the same thing with Inner Light). Upon drinking a potion that gives spell crit, crit on the back bar goes to 55% as expected. On the front bar, it reports 30 something percent on the character sheet, and stays there until the potion buff wears off. It's reproducible on any character I've tested that has Inner Light on one bar but not the other.
The good news: it's mostly visual. Looking at the reports from dummy parses, crit rates of all my skills on DK were consistent with an actual crit of 55-62%. CMX report on spell crit seems to be reading from that same place that the character sheet is, and is much lower.
I have been told but not tested myself that this bug may translate into reduced crit rate for sorc pets, and maybe related to the apparent lack of crit on Blastbones for a magicka Necro.

Its only visual bug, i guess u using flames of oblvion so it gives u spell crit on both bars if u have inner light on one of them or u use spell power potion, its bugged bcs spell crits buffs are stacked.

It's not a visual bug, but it does go away after weapon swapping and doesn't return.
It's caused by Mage Light and FoO subtracting crit instead of adding it when slotted on the same bar.
