What is the problem creating a new character in the Alliance your friends play in?
That absolutely is a way to play pvp together with your best friends.

If you’re an achievement hunter, you get your achievement points on your main or designated character.
You play with friends on another character in your friends’ same Alliance.

its nice that you can decide for other people how to play the game
dont even argue, man
pvp is group content, so i want to get those achievements in a group
if zenimax closes one door, which is battlegrounds they should give us something else so people can still play together

You have to be naive to think people won't spend a fortune to spy on the other side in video game PvP.
It's not going to happen. There's too much to code around in order for it to work properly. And before someone comes at me with "It's a few switches in the database", no--it's not.
