To go along with the insane skill delay and or outright refusal to register your button presses.
The combat cue that indicates enemy damage (big coloured circles) are not showing for all abilities that they should.
How people are saying performance is amazing is beyond me.

Possibly the hardest hitting ult in game; Colossus is giving no indicator, ever for me.
Spear shards indicator seems to be temperamental.
Nova is temperamental.
