Something similar to erstwhile, but half the size(same furnishing limit) and no stupidly designed trophy room.

    I still waiting on those Outlaw Refuge themed houses... The Thieves Oasis doesn't count since it's yet another massive house with too few item slots.

    Give me some buried ruins, cave, cistern, sewers, something!

    And I might argue that the Nedic cavern, which I cannot quite recall the name of, in Craglorn, is perhaps somewhat underground?

    It's Earthtear Cavern and it's not at all underground.

    Smart thing to do in terms of maximising appeal / sales would be an un-themed cave.

    Which players could furnish and theme to their own tastes.

    I hate it and glad to know it. Was slightly worried they might do something down in Blackreach I might actually want.

    Not that I think it's objectively awful but I'm not into vampires or that gothic style of building. Which we already have in Alinor.

    You CAN build down in Coldharbour Surreal Estate. Unfortunately, I've learned from recent efforts turning part of my Psijic Villa into a cave that building the actual enclosures takes up a TON of furniture space if you want it to be of decent size.

    Still might be something fun to try!

    I have other plans for Coldharbour :)

    One of the reasons I have been wanting this is for darker neutral lighting that doesn't change throughout the day. If they ever gave us the option to select a time of day for a house that didn't change I would be all over it.

    And if homes are separate entities why can't they allow us to select time of day. Dawn, midday, sunset, night or cycle.
