Is this a bug?

Crafting writ board did not reset on one of my alts.Been well over 24 hours, but still no new writs available. All my other alts are getting daily writs.

Just to verify...you've turned in yesterdays crafting writs right? The obvious error is that you haven't turned them in yet, but if that isn't true then yes it might be some sort of bug.

Unless it changed very recently that shouldn't matter. I've always been able to pick up writs, do them and turn them in after reset and pick up the ones for that day right after.
