More dungeons like Unhallowed grave for the future please ZOS

As some of you know, my first attempt at normal Unhallowed Grave was foiled at the 2nd boss by awful pugs. However today I went to craglorn and joined a pug group who wanted to do vet- and we got on voice and finished ALL of it, including optional bosses.

I now see why people like the dungeon so much, it actually has some interesting mechanics, batman grappling, and a giant skeleton monster at the end. the optional secret bosses with buffs are a very nice touch which I want to see more of in the future.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

    Totally agree with this. I was thinking of making my own thread but you've already done it!

    The whole secret bosses angle was an inspired choice and I haven't met anybody who doesn't also appreciate the dungeon. Not only is the initial exploration of the dungeon very enjoyable and Zelda-like but it also gives you better farming opportunities on subsequent runs as well.

    And the grappling hook, I love the grappling hook!

    Bottom line, yes please! More dungeons like UH!

    Do it on vet if you think it's that easy. with a group which doesn't have twice the dps actually required. it's one of the harder DLC dungeons on vet. vSCP was easier.

    I pugged vSCP and im a noob and it really wasnt that bad. I doubt its the hardest like people say. I had a harder time beating nMGF the first time

    While Unhallowed Grave does have some interesting mechanics, trying to use grapple in midair, while experiencing current game performance is frustrating. Many mechanics require good reaction, and game needs to work as intended. On lich boss, I died several times, just because option to use grapple was never showing, even as my positioning was correct. And again, tons of one shot mechanics, but I just hate them since my main is healer. All in all, I finished it once on normal, once on vet, and never had an urge to return. Maybe I will go again when motifs will be dropping there.

    Please dont say that, the difficulty is perfect, i dont want any more Horns of the Reach difficulty dungeons.

    Unhallowed was fantastic. I really enjoyed the unique grapple mechanic, and how it seamlessly fit in with the boss battles and environment. I also found it cool that they repeated what they did with March of Sacrifices, with boons which were stronger when you are playing a necromancer. The secret optional bosses were really enjoyable, as well as the cosmetic rewards for completing the dungeon.

    I would absolutely love to see more dungeons like this in the future.

    That's why I said vSCP was easier than vUG. vSCP Hardmode may be the hardest HM though.

    Yes I have to agree. I have yet to do it on vet, and I am glad to hear it's recruiting in Craglorn.

    First run was slow as we were enjoying the story and looting everything. We wiped about 5 or 6 times at the kiln boss, as we were determined to figure the dungeon out without guides. The poison necro with the pillars also wiped us as finding the sweet spot behind the pillars can be tricky. And there were plenty of fall deaths as we edged out on ledges looking for crossbow posts :#

    Second run was a breeze with the mechanics known. My hubby has a complete set of Aegis caller now and is having a hillarious time with it in confined spaces on his stamsorc. It's proccing constantly and his dps has jumped up a quite a bit in mob fights :smiley: They will probably nerf it but it's fun for now.

    Overall a fun dungeon and I really must have a bash at vet soon.

    My normal 4 person group recently did this on normal. We really enjoyed the mechanics. Refreshing. Interesting story going on in there too. Two great new characters we hope to see more of.

    I agree, Im here since 2014 and never liked ESO dungeons very much - but I enjoyed Unhallowed a lot, best dungeon experience I had in this game so far.

    If only I wouldn't crash all the time due to the block changes... which is a dealbreaker no matter how good any dungeon may be.

    As a PvP player i would never imagined saying this about any dungeon or PvE content. But this is one hell of a dungeon. Super fun, great mechanics and visuals.

    The grapling mechanics build into boss Fights and the giant skeleton from last Boss. Awesome job.

    Imo those were the right difficulty. They were easy enough that if you out some effort in u could do it, but difficult enough that you had to actually pay attention to mechanics.

    Did normal last night. Really fun and the mechanics were unique and interesting. The secret bosses were a great addition. Going to do vet this weekend, but I can only imagine how hard it is going to be. Normal was pretty easy, but those mechanics seem like they are going to be unforgiving on vet.

    I never could figure out which boss was manipulating time? Time would appear to freeze and fast forward randomly. My skills would not work and light attacks would only weave occasionally. Whichever one it was is OP

    Agreed, did it in voice chat with some guildes, we're pretty casual with PvE and we had a blast. One of the most fun dungeons I've done in this game. Also, secrets are fun.

    Yeah I seriously love doing that dungeon, the grappling mechanics is a lot of fun to do. So more dungeons like this would be awesome.

    Massively disagree. vSCP suffers from some of the worst, untelegraphed, random one-shot mechanics in the game. Your positioning throughout the final fight is largely restricted to a couple of thin lines none of which are visible.

    While it’s not that easy vUG has few, if any, random death mechanics. It may have a level of complexity in some fights that is challenging, but there is nothing like vSCP there.
