So, after this update my friend's eso has been buggy and his bug he came across is the floor is all buggy as seen in screenshot below..

and my issue i came across just today is i got an infinite loading screen as if the performance update did no change literally everything's the same nothing's better wheres that performance update zos? cause i see nothing different i heard loading screens would be better but what happened? was that an excuse? was that a joke? i think zos only cares about the money not the community, everything they say is the opposite lol
