I miss the crashes

Right after update skills worked fine in Cyrodil, only downside was a few crashes. Now i dont crash, but that doesnt matter because non of my skills work. Group play is pretty useless, healer cant use healing skills. Soloing is hopeless, cant use any self heal or damage skills. CP-campains are hard to enjoy atm, anyone tried non-CP? Any better there?
