The one west of Elden Root is inside the Gil-Var-Delle stump IIRC.

I had to go back and do all nine in one area again because there's no list that says which ones you've done on the map. It turned out to be the first one I visited, I went to it but I must've just not hit it. Added another half hour to the most boring grind in the game.

Unless there's a new bug in the questline, they are all there. Start your zone over, you may have missed one you thought you clicked on.

Your nerf suggestion is dumb. Learn to counter other players instead of having the game rebuilt to your ability level.

Get the addon map pins, it shows the exact location of the time rifts. It makes life a lot easier for a number of location based quests.

I did the quest-line the first time it came available. Haven't touched it on any character since. Especially since the skill line isn't very good for anything.

I enjoy it. I run it on various characters. I don't find it any more time consuming than most lengthy quest lines and to me it's certainly not boring. It's pretty easy, the augur is occasionally funny, and some of the rewards are nice for lowbies coming along behind. Also, when I have a newish level 10 to 12 or so, it's great for getting them around Tamriel to pick up shrines, harvest as they go along, and just generally explore.
