Bug - invisible character, the same bug as weapon disappearance

Sometimes, I become invisible, I have to swap the outfit, or change clothes/costumes or something to make it visible again.

It's exactly the same as invisible weapon

Something similar happened to me 2 days ago: while I was seeing a friend in Deshaan fine, he was not seeing my char (only the name plate (like were in different phases, but we weren't).
I - for myself - wasn't invinsible.

Wasn't there an invisibility bug in Cyrodiil a while ago?

No, your case is different. The game is using "instance mechanism" that limits 200 users per instance only. So, when you play game, you can only see maximum 200 players in your instance.

Unfortunately, your friend is in another instance, he can't see you. But he still can interact some ways.

Depends on whether you ported to him or not. If you just travelled to the zone independently of one another, then this was probably just a different instance.

Another explanation is certain zones have different almost mini instances prior/after quests (think quests that result in different hostiles/npcs). In those cases, if you are with someone who has a different quest completion status, when you run into the area you stop seeing them and when you leave the area you will see them again.

In a group together, one ported to the other - so there shouldn't be different instances. And normally both can't see each other in case of different instances. In this case only one person couldn't see the other, but for the other one everything was perfect.
Also the point about quest: I can exclude that reason for 100%.

But yeah...as I said: something likewise, not the same

Please tell them other characters couldn't see you. The only way they fix this is if it can be an exploit
