snare immunity broken for snares from player pets

The snares from npcs and from player pets do not respect the snare immunity from skills. This is especial bad since for some reason blast bones had to get a snare and with the stam necro now so strong in pvp...
blast bone is not the only pet that puts that snare on you: warden bear, Morkuldin sword do the same
