Dyes are Lycanthropic Gray, and Coldharbour Ash Black.

The glowing eye effect only works on Khajiit (for best effect) and Argonian (to a lesser effect) using the Mind Shriven, Ebony Epidermis, or Blood Forged Skins.
I've only been able to get it to look right with the Outlaw Helmet. Other shadowed hoods and helmets don't seem to have the same effect. >-<
