To best of my knowledge there is no collision setting for anything we make in ESO on PS4. I've made and purchased tent. rains inside. Made a dome and put up curtains and it rains inside even though in reality it would not be possible. Does the same for anything I try to use as a roof. rains like there is no roof. What am I missing?

Not just things built, but it rains through buildings bought in the game.
Witches Cottage -rain comes in through roof
Sleek Creek - rain manages to come through the entire house to the underneath bit.
Tents - in Tamriel are def not waterproof.
Those are just the ones off the top of my head that annoy the hell out of me!4 -

Bad news, it now rains in the "Dungeon" in Daggerfall overlook. That's the only place I've seen it occurring now after the update.

Not to mention, I have 0 stamina recovery that will not release itself unless I log out/back in while in Cyro.
And, I've been getting the 50% snare bug left and right the last few weeks.
