✭✭People reported (and I observed too) that sometimes your block drops if you, even momentarily, drop to zero stamina - so animation of block stays, but block drops and even getting some stamina back while blocking doesn't make you regain block, so you're shown blocking, you're holding button, you have stamina... but you're not blocking. Have to release the block and block again.
But then, I'm sure it's not the only bug connected to block, the block is extremely buggy and clunky recently, so you may have a different case entirely.0
