What will the Orb of Magnus do?

Greetings. I am determining whether I should purchase the normal version of Greymoor or the Collector's version. Unfortunately I do not like human styles as well as undead stuff. So the only reason to buy it, is the Orb of Magnus. I say that because I hope/believe it will be like the Scalecaller Tattoo - hiding vampirism and removing that annoying and disgusting appearance.

Greymoor would be a good moment to FINALLY bring a feature that has been asked for since beta. Yet I fear it might just be another short lived animation and not what I believe it to be. Does anybody know for certain?

As a memento, it probably won't last long. It's just a short animation.

That is what I fear. That would bore me. When I first saw it, I was certain it is a conceiling device for vampires. I actually expected it honestly.

A way to hide vampirism & still be a vampire ? I would not count on it as it was already stated during interview with Rich Lamber, at Bethesda_DE twitch stream, why they won't do that:

Since they are overhauling vampire in Graymoor chapter, the only way I can see this happening is if they add Vampires "0 stage" - when you look normal, but you don't have any vampire passives / benefits.
