Having a horrible crash issue + Reporting a ticket and getting ignored.

My vAS progression group finally completed vAS+2, but something really annoying happened to me in particular. We got Olms to literally 0%, but then my game suddenly froze and crashed (mind you that was RIGHT after the performance update). When I logged back into the game, I could loot Olms, but I didn't get the weekly quest completed, nor did I get the Asylum Sanctorium Vanquisher achievement (which was the only thing that mattered to me), despite the rest of my group getting it. I was obviously upset about this and described the whole situation in a support ticket, hoping that the support would look into this and just finally give me that achievement. They wrote back once, giving out an auto-response that wasn't really relevant to my situation, so then I wrote back and was like "Hey, this is not the issue I'm struggling with, here's more details:...", after which something very peculiar happens. When I came back to the ticket the next day, I got the "READ ANSWER PROVIDED" thing, but no actual response from the support. I thought this was just a bug, so I updated my ticket with some more info. The next day: same thing. I added some more stuff, and then the "READ ANSWER PROVIDED" without an actual answer appeared again. Then I finally updated the ticket for the last time, saying something like "Hey, are you purposefully marking this ticket as "read" and ignoring me?", and got the same thing happen... As you can imagine, I'm really upset about that nasty crash happening in vAS, so it's really annoying that the support are basically leaving me on "read" about this. I'm gonna try to get their attention more publically. Here's the screenshot of the ticket itself btw. The text is getting out of the message borders and idk how to fix it

The text in your image is quite tiny so I can't claim to make out everything, but the first thing in their response in that they don't have the ability to give/restore achievements. I think the reason you keep getting referred back is that it is the bottom line. Regardless of how much you deserve it or how much they may want to help you, at the end of the day if it's something they have no way to actually do, they can't help you. That being said, it's a really unfortunate situation and I'm sorry it happened to you D:

TBH I've never trusted the ticket status. It could be that that part is just bugged. I see you answered on the first of march, then again on the third. 2 days often isn't enough time for support to answer. When you updated the ticket on the third, you reset it, putting it at the back end of the queue. Then you waited 1 day, which is definitely too short for support to get to your ticket, and responded once more, again resetting the ticket to be last in line. I totally understand why you did it given the confusing ticket status, but I do recommend not touching the ticket again for a bit to see if maybe they are actually still getting to it again. I only do tickets per email though, so I don't know if the ticket status is a big deal where you get notified, and all that stuff.

That said, they do make it clear that they can't restore achievements, so maybe it really is that. Did you follow their instructions to start a bug report? From the way they phrased their response, it seems to be like they could have been saying "we can't do it, but if it's a bug maybe someone else can". Worth a shot. If you could loot the boss, your account/character was clearly in some way credited for the kill.

Well, I guess I'll wait for a week and see what happens. If nothing comes out of it, I guess I'll report it as a bug and hope for the best. Thanks!

TBH I'm not sure I'd wait with the bug report. It is what they told you to do, and you don't know how long that'll take. Only thing I'd worry about is whether it counts as a new ticket, which also sends you back in the queue... but as it's a seperate thing, it shouldn't be an issue I feel? Well, it's all speculation. You do what feels right and I wish you the best of luck getting that well-earned achievement!
