Question is as titled, if you want it might also be interesting to mention the set up and connection you have.

For me I have ‘the same (good)’ and I play over WiFi with a moderate connection (25Mb/s) on an SSD only gaming laptop. I7 9th gen and an RTX 2080. I don’t get massive lag spikes unless my connection drops and I never get graphical errors unless something has been textured wrongly.

I'm on satellite for connection (25 mbps). This is a 6 year old pc and wasn't specifically built to be a gaming rig. I never crash. My fps is about the same as always - 60 or so in overland, 45-50 in Vivec with a bajillion people around the crafting area (which drops to around 25 if there's a lot of dueling going on). My ping on this satellite averages about 575 most of the time (infinitely better than the old satellite).

I'm doing better with combat on this connection, though it's still sometimes painful!

now i have higher increased HIGH ping constant 160 to 400 ping
i also now have heavy lagg that wasnt there before
and random crashes that i did not have before
i also now actions and damage does not happen when attacking other people in pvp
all of those was not happening before the patch that now DOES happen after the patch!

Only real change I have noticed is load times between locations seem to be all around the same length, haven't experienced any stupidly long load screens anymore.

As for PVE side of things have not noticed any real changes, seems about the same as before.

    BG queue times seem faster.

Can't comment on Cyrodiil haven't played their yet since before the patch.

PC NA, no Steam, cable internet, pretty good computer, PvE soloist (questing, WBs, some alliance zone dungeons on normal).

    Performance remains good.

I appreciate that this patch contained no nerfs to my characters - nerfs are usually the big problem with patches and why I normally dread them.

I also like that pledges now have their own category in the quest log

I missed a Day for the patch and another for the bugs and connection issues after that... Now I guess my PC is not good enough overnight and I have to buy a new one but I'm hesitant bc I'm still not convinced the problem is on my end.

Worse. Even in Coldharbour, mostly deserted, I can't get my abilities to fire off until the third or fourth button press. Keys, I mean. There are no buttons on a keyboard. There are on my MMO mouse, though, and I should only have to press them once each through my rotation. Maybe Cadwell can talk to ZOS. They sure don't listen to the players.

It's made my experience much better, load times used to be atrocious. FT'ing to a Wayshrine was a 1 minute load screen, vs. maybe 10 seconds now? It's awesome.

Although the game DOES have a memory leak, that needs to be fixed asap.

Overall a better experience for MOST of my gameplay, I will admit when I go to Cyrodiil every now and then since the patch I've ran into many crashes, and after that was patched there is the skill delay issue. However most of my game time is in PVE content, which I have noticed an overall fps increase and lower load times in game (Getting in game from chara select after starting the game seems to take longer for whatever reason) I use a Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GBs of RAM and a 1660 Super for my GPU, I dont know my exact internet speed but I play over wifi and usually see ping no higher than 150ms (Which only occured in congested Cyro pvp) and and average of 60ms

Loadscreens are longer, but Npc's load faster. Performance while character is moving, became slightly better, smoother. Crashes became more frequent, and I experience skill lag and skills not firing properly sometimes, that was not heppening before.

Clearly can see fps improvement on low end machine, less spikes, trials are way more playable. But introduction of new block which is ok on paper made it so much clunkier, combined with server delays most people experiencing and some new ways to crash made it worse, kinda all new "features" just fall behind.

I'm really struggling to notice any substantive difference. Overall that's disappointing. Maybe the improvements are there but too subtle for me to notice when I'm playing, but I'm still some stupidly long load times on zone transitions and characters loading.

Combat just feels so bad now. It doesn’t flow like it has in the past, light attacks aren’t happening between skills when they used to, I can’t cancel certain skills to avoid some attacks from bosses, and in general things just feel wonky.

My frame rate is consistently stable even in cyrodiil it seems to never drop below 30.
    It stay between 70 - 100 overland.

I have noticed memory leak is back though, I have to keep relogging as my frame rate drops.
After the relog it holds consistent frames again.

The skill delay or them simply not firing is ridiculously frustrating.

Overall I was enjoying the game more before the recent patch!

    Mixed.
FPS and load times have improved a lot, but only in as far as client side performance is concerned. You'll notice if you go into areas with very few players.
In areas with many players not fighting my FPS seem to be lower, though stable.
I haven't tried Cyrodiil battles yet, but I believe those hwo say performance has suffered in places that are busy and where people are firing off abilities.
Looks like the performance update worked, except in the place where it was needed most :/
Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!

Try running the game without the launcher. I experience the same frame rate drop after an hour or so when playing with the launcher in the background. I just run ESO64.exe directly and that solved the problem for me at least.

Have to say it´s quite a disappointment from my pov.

Ability lag (1 to 3s delays) or not casting at all, grayed out bars, breakfree lag (1 to 3s delay) or not working at all. Still major fps drops and stuttering due to memory leaks after playing for longer time periods.

The only thing that actually improved is fps before memory leak sets in noticeably. Everything else feels worse playing the game.

I'd vote 'better' but that's because I have not yet bothered to download the update (did full uninstall) but have been playing other games instead.

I had completely forgotten that in Skyrim one can acquire a functional torture chamber with naked victims to abuse.

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. Better for me. The improvements haven’t been super dramatic, but the load screen times have been much shorter which is amazing as a daily writ/survey runner on multiple alts!

A much milder form of frame rate chugging and stuff DID come back with the very latest update (update 25 v2.0?) without any fixes in exchange though, which is a bummer because at the start of update 25 it was completely gone.

Seems to be largely the same.

Load screens seem to be really short, some times, and long, other times. Aggregate, I don't think the load screen change is better or worse.

That does not mean I have not occasionally noticed the skill performance issues during combat that have been reported elsewhere.
