ESO could really use BGS's Radiant Story feature. Some system that would monitor player's activity and send them Random Encounters based on that. Encounters that would generate tiny simple quests, such as 'go find that treasure', 'go find that dead dude for his fancy sword', 'go deliver this potion to that pointy-ear'. Imagine, you'e done all the quest in a new dlc zone and fell in love with the locale, but all you've got to do is kill bosses once a day. With Radiant Story Thing content would be endless, and casual road trips would have meaning

With current performance RP is all we have now, thats why I fully support the idea.

Maybe some nice titles for traders like reaching certain sells amount in a week, or total gold owned.

Once again I'd love to place our characters in houses. You know we place them in certain outfits or costumes, force them to loop some emotes, maybe even guarding routines! Bring some life to our huge empty houses!

Maybe some emotes on mounts? Double mount? I mean allowing our group members or anyone to sit on the back of our mount, so it would be more immersive when playing duos. You fight together, you ride together It would also

Im dreaming about minigames like gwent in Withcer 3 or even simple darts, imagine being able to met with your mates in house or tavern and then play some fun mini games

More emotes for dancing, but not just simple loop we have currently - dance figures that you can combine into your won uniqe dance when you sequence them

Gear upgrades for fishing? I bet there are fishing enthusiasts that wouldn't mind having option to "upgrade" their fishing gear.

Flower collector personality? :D you run with a willow basket, having wreath of flowers on your head, picking flowers with just one hand and placing them in the basket

What about... sleep to log out. You activate your bed, like you would a chair, and it asks if you'd like to log out? Then your character hops in and the screen goes black. When you log back in it plays a short animation of you getting out of bed!
