For a 2h stam toon, which one would you go with if you could only pick one? (Assume you have an alternative source of Major Brutality if you pick Vigor)

Long_Distance✭✭✭Vigor is a stronger heal (over a short period of time) which can be cast on demand while Rally is a delayed burst heal (20s delay). I'd pick vigor.2 -

Yeah, i generally run Vigor + Forward Momentum. But I could go Rally + Shuffle. The loss of healing power seems like it would be immense, though. I really can't see replacing Vigor with Rally.“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”0 -
