Can't log on tothe na server on xbox

I can log on to the eu server. But every time I try to log in to the na server, I get to the character loading screen, it either kicks me out or it loads for 1 or 2 mins then kicks me out and I get an error message saying unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.
