Unable to log in to server

As stated in the the title, I have been unable to log on for the last two hours. Every time I open the application it states that I need PlayStation plus (which I already have). I’ve reset the console and internet multiple times but the problem persists.

Thank you for following up and yes it finally worked but i did experience an immediate crash following successfully logging in. After which I decided to try again the next day. It worked fine the next day with the usual issues in pvp. (Poor server performance in kaal, skill delay, random blue screens, and freezing and crashing near the front of Alesia keep in kaal in the exact same spot as two other group/party members a few seconds before me.)0
