Still sometimes getting dc'd(not crashing) while zoning

I was in the process of shopping around for crafting materials, when during a load screen I got disconnected from the game and now I can't log back in. Error 200.

I still can't get back into the game. My internet connection is fine, it's just ESO.

Check your anti-virus/firewall protection has exception rules if you continue to get Error 200 when logging in. In addition you may want to review your add-ons and ensure you're running the game as an admin.

It was temporary, and lasted for about 30 minutes. This is not an issue on my end. And what the hell do addons have to do with not even being able to log into the game? The same thing happened a few days ago just before the last maintenance. Also, error 200 wasn't the only error.
